2. Visiting the website
When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address, time of access, requested URL and browser information is sent to the hosting service to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The specific hosting and log data and retention periods must be confirmed with the provider and added here before public launch.
3. Optional site analytics
Only with your express consent do we count page views and recognise repeat visits from this browser using a random identifier stored locally and renewed on your next visit after 30 days. The identifier does not reveal your name but may still be personal data. With separate consent we also count scroll milestones and clicks on selected contact and property links. Data is stored in the website database and deleted after 30 days when the next measurement occurs. This measurement does not capture mouse paths, session recordings, form entries, IP addresses or advertising profiles. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25 TDDDG. You can change your selection or withdraw consent for the future through Privacy settings below. Your choice is requested again on your next visit after 180 days.
4. Contacting us
The form prepares an email in your email application; the website does not transmit its contents to us. Only when you send that email or call us do we process your details to reply and consider possible precontractual steps. Depending on your enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Email service providers may process additional data.
5. Your rights
Your rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent for the future. You can complain to a data protection authority. Please direct requests to the email address above.
Before public launch, the hosting provider, recipients, specific log and email retention periods, any external media and the competent data protection authority must be confirmed and added. This policy has not yet received a final legal review.
