The path into

Listening to people, understanding their situation and working towards a solution together: these are the aspects of property agency that first interested Simeon Krell. A personal contact introduced him to the profession.
Practical work as an agent and buying his own properties added the perspective of an owner. Financing, letting and maintenance became part of his own decisions. This experience led to the ambition to establish his own property agency.
